I was scratching my head a lot when I was told my model was missing the baked AO, but I seem to have finally found the issue: if I'm displaying the Atlas in the Game Export options and click "combine atlas", my models lose their AO (and get exported as such obviously).
I had a video to show this when I screencapturing it, but your attachments on the forums are locked to 15 mb.

(also am I insane because I remember there was a way to 'load' a previous atlas, because now it's always generated randomly every time I want to save my tree, and I do some things to the texture afterwards that now I have to reimport every time)
