Why can't I use a material from one file in another?
It took quite some time to import the textures, do all the tweaking (brightness contrast, saturation... and I have to redo the whole work every time I want to use the text.
Why can't I save the material and reuse in another file?

If you want to reuse a material you could copy it and paste new in the new scene.


If you need to import all the materials from an other scene, you could use File/Import Tree Files and select only what you need, in your case Materials.
