Billboard issue, 4x4 resolution

Hi, I'm new to this software but I've already learned the basics thanks to the various tutorials. However, I encountered this problem that I can't solve. When I export the billboard, despite having a resolution of 2048, the exported texture is 4x4.
Is there any way to fix it?
