    Hello,

    I am trying to export an unwrapped mesh FBX to Maya 2014 from speedtree 7.0.4 cinema edition on linux cent OS 6.5. The problem I am having is that the mesh dose not seem to unwrap/display correctly and the Uvs are not laid out in 0 to 1 UV space in the UV layout editor. However The corresponding unwrapped tif map that the export process produces, seems to be all laid out correctly.

    Is this a know bug? and if so what can I do about it?

    Hello,

    There is a known bug in unwrapped mesh exporting in 7.0.5. We have fixed it internally and there will be a new release soon.

    You can work around it by modifying a file. In the Exporters folder, open up the FBXExporter.sme file. Change the SupportsGrowthBinary option to false and save. After doing this, saving an FBX will be somewhat slower (though only noticeable on big trees), but it should work around the unwrapped mesh bug.
