error: license in use on other machine

    I havent changed computers, and speedtree was working fine as of a few hours ago, but im getting now an error saying the license is in use on another machine, I was hoping that logging into my account would give me the ability to maybe clear/flush the license info so it could work properly, but cant find anything there.
    Anybody ran into this issue before?

    The licensing uses your Ethernet MAC address, so if that changes for some reason, it may treat it as a separate computer. Running inside a virtual machine or over a Remote Desktop can cause that, or switching between wifi and wired.

    But the license server has a lag time of 10 minutes for switching between machines, so if you are sure no one else is using your account, all you should have to do is wait a few minutes.

      This problem is still happening in year 2023 (Version 9.1.3). I see that the original post was in 2014. Can you fix this issue so that it won't happen again? Thanks
