Hello ,
I think it may be very usefull if mesh tool will allow to users to make a free cutout along a texture , like point and click with mouse . this feature will allow to accurate aproximate texture form and also keep number of mesh triangles as low as possible .

Hello,

There are already many tools for doing that, such as Max and Maya. The generate mesh tool allows you to make a quick cutout around the texture using the alpha channel as a guide. That being said, the adaptive algorithm is quite good. Have you tried playing with the various parameters?

Thank you for answer.Yes i've tried all params around meshtool that are doing a pretty nice job ,I'm tring to keep a good balance between vertexcount and z complexity. On some frond textures sometimes ... I feel that are a lot of triangles , even if I make some lod meshes for them
