    Good morning,

    I am unable to use my subscription due to duplicate payments - would you be able to resolve this for me please as I am unable to use any features on my account.

    Sorry about that, Winterino!

    What happened here is that a PayPal bug created a duplicate order, confusing the system after the order's payment went through and placing your subscription on hold.
    I've made sure that the duplicate order has been cancelled and that the subscription is now operational. Let us know if you need anything else!

      Thank you very much for resolving the issue - I am excited to get started!

      I can't help but notice that I have lost two days of my subscription due to this problem, is there anyway these can be replaced?
