Export to game goes through texture packing. You can change that to include whatever you want, if you are so inclined. Look in <app install>/texture_packing. The xml file describes the textures to be written, and the fx file is a shader that fills them up. You can edit the ones you have, or make a new one. The available packers are listed in the export to game dialog.
You could set one channel of a texture to be sInput.m_fAmbientOcclusion, for example.
