  • Texture import failed to load

I can't load files create in Photoshop CS5 .tif or .tga into SpeedTree.
If I load the files into Gimp and re-save as .tga (but not .tif) then they will import.

    Hello,

We use lots of different versions of PS, up to CS6. We haven't seen anything like this.

However, I should note that you can't use indexed color. You have to use RGB or greyscale, with or without an alpha channel.

If you still have trouble, could you send a TGA that doesn't work to us so I can take a look at what is going wrong? You can attach it here or send it to support@speedtree.com.
