Multiple Mesh generators in v9

I have a very basic question in ST v 9.
why there are multiple Mesh nodes and Mesh converters in add generators pull down?
They look similar to me.

Sorry for any confusion haAranoos! Interface design is an ongoing process of refining where and how often items are listed; the Mesh generator listed in Photogrammetry is the same as the one listed below it. I've passed along your feedback to the engineers, thanks for asking!
