I know this forum is not meant for this, but I mistakenly purchased speed tree games when I wanted to buy speed tree cinema. The order went through although I never received any type of email, which surprised me. Anyway, I have been contacting support though the "contact us" section of the website. I tried multiple times but never got any response. Is that normal?
