    Hello xuliang

Would you mind being more specific about what you're trying to achieve?

quixel's plant model has a stem part that is actually half-cylinder and then mirrored, not a single-sided model( like the leaf). The uv part will fit according to the stems on the texture. my english is really suck

        Hello xuliang

No worries, I understand what you are asking

There is no way to create that UV mapping directly in Speedtree, but if you want that result, there are some workarounds.

1- You could import your stem as an object properly unwrapped into the modeler and use it as a frond on a spine. That way, you could still apply deformation to your mesh, but have the correct UVs.
2- If your textures have the symmetry directly in it, you could use it on a branch making sure the U coordinates are at a tiling value of 1 with no offset or variance.

Let us know if that helps!
