Hey Bibersztajn,
I suspect that you could try using the Custom channels to achieve this. You could really plug it into any channel to be honest - Just as long as you redirect it inside of Unreal into the proper slot it should still yield what you want. It doesn't need to be labled "emissive" in SpeedTree for you to make changes inside of the material editors in Unity or UE
