  • Custom Texture Packing

    Hey,

    So when exporting multiple assets with "Export to Game" it gives you the option to combine every open asset into the same atlas and right now I have it setup like this in the .xml file for my custom packing:

    <Texture0 Suffix="_Color" MipGenerationFlag="AlphaIsOpacity" />

    This works great when only exporting one tree but not multiple. With one tree this gives me "MyTree_Color.png" but with multiple it gives me "Atlas_Color.png". Is there a flag I can use to have it always name it with the name of my tree?

    Cheers,
    Robin

    You're exporting multiple trees at the same time. Which tree would you want it to use to get the name?

    That's why we use the generic "Atlas" as the name for multiple export, to sidestep the issue. We could maybe let you type in the atlas name for multi-export...

      In my case the one window that is active would be fine to use as a naming template but what you suggest would be even better. But I guess there is no way for me to control that name at the moment?
