    Hi,

Make sure that in your Export Settings, that the 'Cache Format' is set to PC2. This will solve the issue for you.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi,

You can increase the frame length by increasing the value in the 'Length (seconds)' option in the Export Settings. You can get 500 frames by changing the 'Length (seconds)' to 16.65. However, this is all dependent on the Frame Rate you set as well.

    Hope this helps!
